Complaint regarding blocked winnings on Gransino

I am reaching out to report an issue with the online casino Gransino.
I have won a total of €8,500 on their platform, and I began the withdrawal process over a week ago. As of today, I have three pending withdrawal requests (€250, €250, and €500), all of which have been stuck in “under verification” status for several days without any progress.
Despite contacting their support daily, I only receive generic replies stating that the financial department has been informed and that my case is “being processed” — yet nothing happens.
I have complied with all withdrawal requirements and submitted all requested documents. This situation is becoming very concerning and unfair. I kindly ask for your assistance in helping me get my funds released as soon as possible.
I’m ready to provide any necessary information (screenshots, proof of winnings, conversations with support, etc.).
