Withdrawal delayed for months, customer service won't even respond at all
I am writing in regards to an withdrawal I have requested from GRAND FORTUNE CASINO.
I submitted the request EARLY July. I was ask to send documentation for verification purposes. Which, I did send in and all my paperwork was verified and accepted. I then received an email stating I would be contacted in 3-7 business days for the next steps such as giving more information to be sent the wire transfer I requested for my withdrawal.
However, i have never no one has ever reached back out to me. I am assuming they are just refusing to give me any information and/answers since I have attempted to make contact on more than 6 different occasions and received absolutely NOTHING back!
I would like to know what the issue is and why Grand Fortune Casino's Customer Service is being so damn unprofessional!!
