Payment delays to progressive jackpot winners
On 4/5/21, I won a progressive jackpot and made two Bitcoin withdrawal requests for $2,500 each at Grand Fortune Casino. My documents are up to date and have been approved. I have sent many emails over the last three months to the casino support center requesting a bitcoin withdrawal and to my host Michael <surname removed>. What I get in return is an automated response email that said “quote” Thank you for contacting Casino Support Center. Your request has been received; case # 9760005.A member of our Payout Team will be in contact within 3 business days to confirm receipt. End quote, but the payout team doesn’t get in contact with me and I haven’t heard from my host Michael Ruth since Sat may 8, 2021. I have attached the emails that I have sent to them and the response’s that I got from them.
Casinos website their rules and regulations state the following:
1. All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.
2. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of request.
3. A maximum of $2,500 will be approved per pay period.
4. Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval. A maximum of $2,500 will be sent per week. All balances will be sent the following week(s).
I think that I have been more than patient with them, It has been over 3 months since I submitted my initial withdrawal request totaling $5,000 and I have received only one payment of $1210. The remaining balance due me is still pending approval. Every time I call, I’m told it will be escalated. These escalations are obviously not working on getting my withdrawal paid. It seems to me that the casino just doesn’t want to pay out on random jackpot winners.

5/26/21 June <surname removed> - Nothing to worry about I will personally escalate this to our relevant department so that we can send to your bitcoin as soon as possible.
6/1/21 Nana <surname removed> – Will forward the withdrawal request for remaining balance to be prioritized.
6/10/21 Caressa <surname removed> - Will escalate remaining pending withdrawal
6/17/21 Zac<surname removed>– Bitcoin address needs to be updated.
6/24/21 Xander<surname removed> - he’s going to forward it to the relevant team and told me to check back in 24 hours
6/25/21 tabby <surname removed> - told me that it is under review
