I made two deposits at Grand Fortune Casino but it is not reflected.
The first time is $ 250 for 09/02/2020 using ecopayz
I sent an email because the deposit is not reflected.
However, the casino is unable to confirm the deposit, so I was asked to contact from live chat.
When I try to use live chat, "Live chat is for depositors only"

So I deposit $ 30 again,this is second deposit for 22/02/2020 using ecopayz
I still sent it to the casino because it was not reflected, but the same text as the first time was returned

i want get back my money

I'm sorry for the trouble you've been experiencing with this.
