GoWild Casino is currently investigating an issue with the deposit limit feature on their website not working, allowing me to deposit at least 6x above the limit. I had inquired about this nearly one month ago. They refunded several of my deposits I had made on my Debit Card back to me, and two deposits I had made with Skrill back to my Casino balance. My issue is that there is a real money ban on my account and I cannot withdraw this amount or play any of the games with my balance. I have been hounding their support and finance departments to no avail. I believe they are stalling me at this stage (they have not emailed me for nearly two weeks, and even then it was only a generic "we're working on it, no updates") and do not know what to do. I just want my money either refunded to my Skrill account or have the real money ban lifted so I can play/withdraw it. They have not responded to my latest email requesting this.
