I have deposited money via PAYSAFE and although message says Greek players have access I cannot download the casino due to Greek restrictions - so I would like very much to play at the Casino or get my money refunded - cause when I deposited the money following an e-mail I got from the Casino on 7 Oct '13 I contacted live support and was never told that there is a restriction in Greece. Kindly solve the issue for me or guide me how I can have access to the Casino. Thank you - Maria.

The reason why you were not able to download our Casino and play is that since Wednesday, the Greece Government has blocked access to many online gaming websites, and is one of them.

Since we did not have any prior notification about this event, we were unable to inform our players.

Rest assured that we will refund all the real cash funds in your balance and to any other player that is in this position. A notification will be sent to all our Greek clients with information regarding their account.

 This is the message our support received from the player -I have already replied that this was solved and I was refunded by Go Wild Casino which I find an excellent choice but unfortunately I cannot have access to this casino from Greece. Thank you for your support.
