GoWild Casino - Closed my account and does not pay

I registered an account on GoWild casino 12.Desember.2013. and added a total of 550 euros. I played slots machines, I put in three deposits where I got welcom bonus, the last deposit I received no bonus and won 490 euros, but the whole I lost 60 euros. I made a withdrawal of 490 euros and only got paid 30 euros. The casino explaining that I only get paid the last my deposit and claim that I have cheated. There have been some e-mails back and forth unless we arrive at an agreement. And they say that I have just accepted at this, so they blocked my account.

However, I can not understand how I could have cheated since I lost 60 euros. They banned my account and will not pay me back the remaining money. I ask for their help in resolving this matter. I send my documentation of my deposit I made from neteller and gain of only 30 euro casino paid me. I require 460 euros not paid me.

Your withdrawal request has been reviewed and denied by our Risk/Verification department.

During the verification they concluded promotion and feature abuse on this and 2 more linked accounts.
