Hello!

I have a small problem with Goodman casino. I won €14000 in total (did not use a single bonus offer) and 5k a day is max withdrawal. So I requested my withdrawal on 15.8. which are 2 requests (one €4000, one €1000). Since the live chat is not very helpful and they always send me the same copy and paste message that I have to wait a bit longer I wanted to get in contact with you. In their terms they say 3 days for the verification of the withdrawal but I read on different sites, that I am not the only one with that problem. Now I am afraid that I won‘t get my money since its the first time I played there and I don't know if its good. I mean I really like the casino but the withdrawal stresses me out. Can you please help me? Thank you!

Hello GoodmanCasino-Team,

yes i saw that the first withdrawal was finally approved. There is still my next withdrawal pending for already almost a week now. I want this to be accepted aswell so i can then do my last cashout of the 4000€ that i have still in balance. Can you please speed this up because i think its not very nice if every single withdrawal takes a week or more.
