Fully verified but still delaying withdrawal


Hi. I have made withdrawal on the 01.08.21 with bank transfer. But its still pending.

My account is fully verified. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep saying same just to be patient and wait. I have more money on my balance and would like to withdrawal it all. I don't know how to add screenshots here. I can provide you with the emails.

Please take into account, that according to terms and conditions of our casino, there are withdrawal limits:
-The daily limit for funds withdrawal is EUR 5,000;
