Bonus winnings removal, but no-where to find in the terms

Hello. Today (4.11.2021) I made a 3rd deposit to Goodman Casino. I played for a while and made a wagerment. I had more than 1300PLN but the amount was reduced to 500PLN. I've read all the bonus terms and conditions visible on the site but there was no such thing as a maximum win from this bonus.

I've contacted support team and they just made up a new term that maximum win from this bonus is 400PLN. Could you please help me get my winning back?

Attached is some part of conversation as screenshots as they were not willing to send me the full transcript to my e-mail plus a full screenshot of bonus terms and conditions from their site.

Unpaid balance

I requested a full withdrawal and permanent account closure on 28/12/2025, clearly stating gambling addiction and requesting self-exclusion. My balance was €36,172.89.

Although the account was closed, the withdrawal has been severely delayed. Over four weeks later, only €9,900 has been paid, with €28,172.89 still outstanding.

Support replies are repetitive templates (“with the relevant department”), with no timeline, no payment schedule, and no clear explanation.

The casino quoted its terms inconsistently, changed payout explanations, and even requested verification after my account was already closed, which is impossible.

Very poor handling of withdrawals and responsible gambling cases.

My withdrawal is delayed

Hello!

I have a small problem with Goodman casino. I won €14000 in total (did not use a single bonus offer) and 5k a day is max withdrawal. So I requested my withdrawal on 15.8. which are 2 requests (one €4000, one €1000). Since the live chat is not very helpful and they always send me the same copy and paste message that I have to wait a bit longer I wanted to get in contact with you. In their terms they say 3 days for the verification of the withdrawal but I read on different sites, that I am not the only one with that problem. Now I am afraid that I won‘t get my money since its the first time I played there and I don't know if its good. I mean I really like the casino but the withdrawal stresses me out. Can you please help me? Thank you!

Deposit not processed after 10 days

I got an email for an Ask Gamblers Christmas stocking and deposited the money via bank wire transfer, but it has not been reflected after 10 days.
I have emailed their support team extensively, but the only response I get is "it's been sent to the department in charge and is being processed, so you'll have to wait".
I suspect they are using Ask Gamblers to scam me.

Deposit still not credited to my account

After depositing with my psc account, the money vanished. In my account on Goodman i can see that the deposit was rejected, but paysafe completed the transaction and sent them money. I provided them with the transaction ID, merchant ID, psc account used to deposit + the PIN number of a prepaid card that I used to top up my account. Its now been close to 48 hours and they still cannot tell me where the problem is. Upon asking them for updates, they simply respond with the same generic answer as always: please wait, the relevant department is dealing with this issue. But the funny thing is that they fake having departments...all communication with their departments has the same exact e-mail address. DAMA n.v. states: all Paysafe transactions are processed directly by DAMA n.v. So i really dont understand why would they need more than 48 hours to solve this issue when they themselves are the payment processor and when i provided them with every information needed to solve this quickly.

Fully verified but still delaying withdrawal

Hi. I have made withdrawal on the 01.08.21 with bank transfer. But its still pending.

My account is fully verified. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep saying same just to be patient and wait. I have more money on my balance and would like to withdrawal it all. I don't know how to add screenshots here. I can provide you with the emails.
