Withdrawal of 1000 euros for 13 days and account unfairly closed
Hello, it's 23/02/2025 and it's been 13 days since I submitted my withdrawal of 1000 euros on Golden Panda.
All happy to have won I submitted this withdrawal thinking to have it within 7 days maximum like all other casinos.
However, the next day, when wanting to see the status of the withdrawal I was surprised to see that my account had been closed for no reason.
Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of the withdrawal reference, because the support repeats to me that I do not have to know the reason for the closure of the account and that my withdrawal is coming "soon".
I'm starting to get very frustrated with the situation
