Missing refund for 3 weeks

The casino closed my account after I had been a long term customer. They requested me to complete KYC which I did without issue, and requested a crypto wallet to process the refund of the funds remaining on my account (Roughly $1144 CAD). 18 days later after providing what they wanted, I haven't received my funds. Every time I reach out, they simply tell me to keep waiting and leave me in the dark.
