Missing refund for 3 weeks

On August 20, 2026, I deposited 200 USDT to my Golden Panda account using the BSC (BEP20) network. The transaction was successfully completed and the 200 USDT was credited to my Golden Panda account.

Shortly afterwards, my account was closed without any explanation.

I contacted Golden Panda Support immediately. Since then, I have received multiple responses stating that the matter has been forwarded to another department and is being reviewed. However, after approximately 15 days, I still have not received:

an explanation for why my account was closed;
confirmation of what will happen to my 200 USDT;
access to my account; or
a refund of my deposited funds.

I have the blockchain transaction ID confirming the successful 200 USDT transfer. I also checked the receiving address on BscScan, where approximately 200 BSC-USD was still showing after the transaction.

I am asking AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining either:

restoration of my account and access to my funds, or
a full refund of my 200 USDT to my originating wallet.

Golden Panda has acknowledged my complaint several times but has not provided a substantive resolution.

Hello, it's 23/02/2025 and it's been 13 days since I submitted my withdrawal of 1000 euros on Golden Panda.

All happy to have won I submitted this withdrawal thinking to have it within 7 days maximum like all other casinos.

However, the next day, when wanting to see the status of the withdrawal I was surprised to see that my account had been closed for no reason.

Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of the withdrawal reference, because the support repeats to me that I do not have to know the reason for the closure of the account and that my withdrawal is coming "soon".

I'm starting to get very frustrated with the situation

I made three deposits to Golden Panda casino, first one on 31st of December and two more 2nd of January. They told me that these were declined on their side and they will bounced back to my bank account. Well they haven't and and it's been ovet two weeks. I have contacted them many times and provided bank statements three times, they just ask me to wait. Im exhausted with this, it is my money and it has left from my bank account.
