Like many others who have submitted complaints, my withdrawal has been pending for a ridiculous amount of time.
10 days so far.
I have contacted chat; they tell you to email KYC. I email KYC; they send a copy-and-paste response, 'we will contact the team, etc. ' Nothing happens in terms of follow-up.
I assume cash flow.
I imagine this site is the only way to get any form of resolution.
