More then 1 month wait on my withdrawal

I have waited more than 1 month for my withdrawal.

I'm fully verified like last year or sometime LOOONG LOOONG ago

The first time I tried to withdraw the last 400€, nothing happened. The withdrawal got cancelled. Now, when trying again, they have passed their own timeframe again and again

Also i must inform that Betbona Casino, Gangsta Caisno's sister casino have taken all of my money and closed down the site,

And Gangsta Casino said all funds would be transferred to their site but the funds are not transferred and i have not received any email.

They are so uncooperative; chat can't or won't help me

I can confirm i just got the 400€ withdraw from gangsta.casino

Now its just more then 8000€ remaning from betbona casino youre sister site

And to be honest so everyone will understand what you have done is totaly ILLEGAL you dont want to give me my money even when chat said it would be transferd asap

And you are saying you informed me that site would be shutdown

and this is the email you sent check attached file

In email it clearly says

"The BetBona journey is coming to an end, but your VIP experience continues at Gangsta Casino."

And after that you want me to register to a site im allready registerd and verified on wtf? why not just transfer all funds there or send me them as withdraw?
It dont say anywhere in email that i need to do ANYTHING!

And before this i have ask you to send all of my withdraws in one withdraw i have made withdraw from youre site for more then 6 months and you just draging it out

So if you really think this email you send me justifes that you steal more then 8000€ from me you are totaly wrong

You did not mention anything about that saldo would be STOLEN in email
And why did you not send all withdraws before closing down the site?

You gangsta.casino just open anoter site called betbona then send youre customers to betbona and make them make big deposits with big bonuses promises then when they win you drag out in paying them you are so slow in paying youre customers that it would have taken more then 1 year for you to pay me

They when you see that new site is not going well you closedown youre betbona "project" and steal all customers money

This is a scam what you have done

You have to take youre resposibility here and pay me my money!

And check second attatched file you are claming that funds where transferd for everyone its such a LIE

Funds Not Transferred After BetBona Casino Closure

So I play on betbona and on gangsta casino both casino is owned by same operator and then one day I get email from betbona that they will sees to exist and they want me to register on their sister site gangsta casino. At that time I where allready register and fully verified on gangsta casino and waiting on withdraws from there

And in this email from betbona it dont say anything about that my funds will be stolen or anything it just offer me a bonus promotion.

Then I contact gangsta casino and they say all funds will be trasnferd to them I got that on email and I got it from the live chat in gangsta casino.

And now they are saying I missed to ask to get my funds sent to them in the email from betbona. OMG OMG OMG it dident say anything about that.

And before I got this email I have sent them email asking them to speed up my withdraws and send me everything in 1 withdraw because at that time I allready waited months and at their withdraw sending time it would have taken forever for them to send me my money.

Insted they take all my money.

Whay you have done is totaly illegal why would I let you take my money? And why did you not tranfer my money to gangsta casino?

Or even better why did you not send all my money and withdraws before you closed down site?

This is so cirminal what they are doing.

Their business is that they open a new casino and offer players big bonuses then close down site before they pay out their players casino wins and keep all saldo.

So keep youre word give me my money stop trying to hasle me.

Withdrawal Amount of 75 Euros not paid pending for 12 days

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against Gangsta Casino.

- Account Status: Fully verified, KYC completed
- 19.08.2025: Requested withdrawal of €75. Deposit was already wagered more than required.
- 30.08.2026: Status has been "In Progress" for 12 days with no updates.
- Last 4 days: Contacted Live Chat daily. Agents only say "please wait" and "we have asked finance to accelerate". No ETA, no real help.

It’s been 10 days and the payment has not moved at all. The lack of communication and constant delays makes me question if this casino operates professionally.

I have attached screenshots of:
1. My withdrawal request showing "Pending" since 19.08
2. My verified account status

Hello AskGamblers. I have 706€ stuck in gangsta casino. I have waited for over a month for my withdraws. 21.7 and 23.7 i received an email saying they are doing an update and will cancel my withdrawals, but the withdraws have already been scheduled and i should just make new withtdrawals. I originally made the withdraws over a month ago and they still have not been paid out, still pending after remaking them after the update. Live chat gives no assistance and i feel like I am being scammed.

i have been fully verified as they have also stated in their emails when they asked me to make new withdrawals. I hope you can give me some assistance askgamblers!

Hello,
I am submitting this complaint because my withdrawal has been pending for several business days.
My account is fully verified, and the casino support confirmed that there are no issues with my account. They also told me that they would contact me if they needed any additional documents, but I have not received any email.
I have contacted both Live Support and the KYC department several times. Live Support keeps telling me to wait, but they cannot provide any estimated processing time. The KYC department has not replied to any of my emails.
I am simply asking for my withdrawal to be processed or for the casino to explain the reason for the delay.

I have requested a withdrawal on the 5th July. It's now the 17th, and I still have not received my money.

I've been writing to the live support, but they just say they will contact the financial team, and nothing really happens.

Just have to wait and wait, and I've been contacting them since the 6th business day, but I still hear they will contact the team to process it faster, but nothing is going faster.

I don't know if they just forget about it or what. I don't think it's normal to wait so long from a pretty decent casino that just ruins the reputation

Delayed withdrawals from 14 May total 1200eur

I have submitted 3 withdrawal requests from this casino; 400eur each to my visa fron 14th of May and 21st of May and still havent received them. Their response is that this is due to high volume of workload but this is too much.
Verification is fully done, already received other withdrawals from this site, but the 3 requests are still pending.
They just confirm they will do it but never actually send the funds.

Withdrawals pending 15 days 800 Euro

I am contacting you to request your assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with Gangsta Casino.

I created my account at the beginning of April, and my verification process was completed on April 20th. However, I experienced significant difficulty during the verification process, as I was asked to provide more documents than initially requested, which caused considerable inconvenience.

On April 13th, I submitted three withdrawal requests on the same day: €198, €400, and €400. On April 21st, I received only the €198 withdrawal.

It has now been over 15 days, and the remaining two withdrawals (€400 each) are still pending. I find this delay unreasonable and unacceptable.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the casino via both their support email and their KYC department email, but I did not receive any response until today, when I was sent a generic automated message stating that my request has been forwarded to the financial department regarding the withdrawals delay.

Additionally, I have contacted their live chat support multiple times. As shown in the attached evidence, I have now been blocked from accessing the live chat, as the chat option is no longer available to me.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and helping me receive my pending withdrawals.

Gangsta Casinop - Withdraw not happening

It's end of 6th day, I'm waithing for withdraw due to verification all the doc are uploaded days ago.

Sum of money is 150€ so not arguable for stallling.

Poor response in livechat, bot is giving link of support mail, and they are texting every few days nothing concreate.

Very slow proces

Question is if the money will be paid or there just nobody works.

Delayed Withdrawals of 400eu and 200eu since 23 and 24 February

I am filing this complaint because Gangsta Casino has failed to process my withdrawals within the timeframes explicitly stated in their own Terms & Conditions, as well as the extended timeframe provided by their customer support.

Timeline of Events:

February 23: I requested a withdrawal of €400.

February 24: I requested a second withdrawal of €200.

According to Gangsta Casino's General Terms and Conditions (Section: Account balance, depositing and withdrawing funds), the rule states:

"Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made."

By their own rules, the first withdrawal should have been processed by February 26.

Now, it's been over 5 working days and my withdrawals still remain as 'pending'.

Account Status:

My account is fully KYC verified.

I have met the minimum rollover requirement on my deposits and bonuses.

I have not exceeded the maximum limit of 3 pending withdrawals, nor the 24-hour transaction limit.

I have followed all the rules, and I simply expect the casino to do the same. I am requesting the immediate processing and payout of my pending €600.
