Gangsta casino - They don't respect their terms and condition

So I play on betbona and on gangsta casino both casino is owned by same operator and then one day I get email from betbona that they will sees to exist and they want me to register on their sister site gangsta casino. At that time I where allready register and fully verified on gangsta casino and waiting on withdraws from there

And in this email from betbona it dont say anything about that my funds will be stolen or anything it just offer me a bonus promotion.

Then I contact gangsta casino and they say all funds will be trasnferd to them I got that on email and I got it from the live chat in gangsta casino.

And now they are saying I missed to ask to get my funds sent to them in the email from betbona. OMG OMG OMG it dident say anything about that.

And before I got this email I have sent them email asking them to speed up my withdraws and send me everything in 1 withdraw because at that time I allready waited months and at their withdraw sending time it would have taken forever for them to send me my money.

Insted they take all my money.

Whay you have done is totaly illegal why would I let you take my money? And why did you not tranfer my money to gangsta casino?

Or even better why did you not send all my money and withdraws before you closed down site?

This is so cirminal what they are doing.

Their business is that they open a new casino and offer players big bonuses then close down site before they pay out their players casino wins and keep all saldo.

So keep youre word give me my money stop trying to hasle me.

The first time I tried to withdraw the last 400€, nothing happened. The withdrawal got cancelled. Now, when trying again, they have passed their own timeframe again and again

Also i must inform that Betbona Casino, Gangsta Caisno's sister casino have taken all of my money and closed down the site,

And Gangsta Casino said all funds would be transferred to their site but the funds are not transferred and i have not received any email.

They are so uncooperative; chat can't or won't help me

I have requested a withdrawal on the 5th July. It's now the 17th, and I still have not received my money.

I've been writing to the live support, but they just say they will contact the financial team, and nothing really happens.

Just have to wait and wait, and I've been contacting them since the 6th business day, but I still hear they will contact the team to process it faster, but nothing is going faster.

I don't know if they just forget about it or what. I don't think it's normal to wait so long from a pretty decent casino that just ruins the reputation
