Withdrawal request of £8,002 declined, funds then completely removed from account

On the 16th February I deposited £50, £48.20 credited my account due to charges I was provided with a deposit bonus with my funds. This was then wagered and overall my balance reach £8002. The funds had been over the requirement level and had moved from my bonus balance to my cash balance I then provided all the requested verification documents that evening and was confirmed by live chat that my £8002 was now available to withdraw. I arranged for the withdrawal on the 17th of February and sent numerous emails which were all ignored to confirm everything was in place as I had read reviews of people having trouble to withdraw. I logged in 3 days later to find I had £0.19 in my account after more emails being ignored I finally got in touch with someone who said my funds were not cashable now as I had won off a free chip (I had deposited this wasn’t a free chip) They then went on and said they would provide me with £100 to withdraw as this is the max I could of won. This however is not the case when I had previously used an actual free chip with a limit on as soon as I reached the wagering requirements your balance automatically drops to the £100. My deposit was not subject to these conditions I had read everything before hand. I had won the £8002 fairly and in accordance with their terms and conditions. Reading other users complaints it seems this company will do anything they can to not pay out. There £100 compensation offered is completely out of order, the £8002 was won correctly as previously stated so an offering of 80x less of my winnings is not acceptable.

Please note that while you have made a deposit, on the 16th, after you played the deposit you claimed a 25 free spins chip the same day and that one was the one you won from. Indeed, for free chips the system deducts the balance automatically, but in the case of free spins we allow members to put the full cash balance into play should they want to continue for fun.
Since the winnings were issued from free spins and the wagering was completed, they were indeed showing as cash, but according to the rules for free spins they cannot be cashed out.
As mentioned on our Bonus Rules page, the free spins rules are identical to the ones of free chip.

This is incorrect. As previously stated I have used a free chip prior to this deposit so I am aware that any winnings off a free chip automatically wipe and only £100 will display in cash balance.
On this instantance that didn’t apply as I wasn’t acting off your “free chip” hence why your system didn’t revert to £100 and displayed the full £8002 in my account as cash balance!
Please do not continue to lie to me regarding my fairly obtained winnings that were won in accordance with the requirements.

Please note that we have checked and found that the winnings that you are claiming were issued from a free spins chip, therefore you will be able to withdraw the maximum amount of 100 GBP, according to your VIP level.
We also looked over the chats you had with our colleagues and while they have informed you that the withdrawal option was enabled as all documents have been provided, they never said that you will be able to withdraw the entire amount.
Since the withdrawal option was enabled, we actually approved your withdrawal request made via Neteller for the amount of £100, the system automatically voided the rest of the winnings as they were issued from free spins, and the remaining balance on your account was £0.19 after payout approved by us.
Unfortunately however, Neteller could not process the payment as it does not provide services in your area and this is why our colleagues in Accounting emailed you to inform you that you can make the request again via Ecopayz or Bitcoin.
