Free spins for second deposit not recieved.. I deposited a second time to Euro Palace for 30 free spins on Win Sum dim sum but the slot kept giving an error ( I tried at least 50x or more) saying " a general error has occurred contact support" which I did immediately.. The agent told me it was my device even though I tried on multiple different ones.. I had kept trying every few days.. Now as soon as my free spins were taken the slot loads up no problem I asked for my free spins back which I was told they were reactivated.. I tried loading the slot and the error came straight back.. I contacted support again and now they have removed my free spins claiming they have expired
