600 cashout delayed

I registered with FortunePlay on May 20, 2026, and made my first deposit of €700 in Bitcoin to claim their welcome bonus. Shortly afterward, FortunePlay closed my account and confirmed by email that my deposit would be refunded.

Despite this, I have still not received my €700.

After nearly two months of waiting, I contacted their live chat again on July 28. After repeatedly following up, they finally asked me to provide a Bitcoin wallet address for the refund. I immediately provided the requested identification documents and my Bitcoin address.

On July 28, FortunePlay told me that my case had been escalated and that I would be contacted when there was an update. No refund arrived.

I followed up again on August 5. On August 6, FortunePlay responded that they still had no update on my case.

On August 8, I contacted them again, explained that I had waited long enough, and requested that my refund be processed immediately. As of August 11, I have received neither a response nor my money.

FortunePlay has already confirmed in writing that my account was closed and that my €700 deposit would be refunded. I have provided all the identification and Bitcoin wallet information they requested. There is no reasonable explanation for why returning my original deposit has taken this long.

I am asking FortunePlay to return my €700 deposit immediately.

I can provide the complete email correspondence showing their promise to refund my deposit, their request for my Bitcoin address, my submission of the requested information, and my repeated attempts to obtain my refund.

Hi, hope you can help. I participated in a cashback promotion at Fortuneplay casino on the 18th of December. I made deposits totalling 69euro and as per the terms of the promo, I was supposed to receive 20% cashback (13.80 eur) the following day. The casino failed to pay the cashback and I have contacted them multiple times on chat where they appear to escalate the matter and tell me to contact them later for an update. I do this and there never is any update, in fact it's like the first time I contacted them each time. I've also emailed them about the issue and they did not bother responding. Hello so I made a 20€ deposit on the 15th and managed to win 640€ and I asked for a withdrawal.

The withdrawal was cancelled within approximately 2hours and i was asked to send additional document of payment even though my account was already verified.

Well I sent them the required document and it was approved almost instantly but for some reason once again they didn't process my withdrawal.

They keep delaying payments on purpose its the same thing as last time i tried to withdraw and had to wait more than 36hours and was told different excuses why the payment is delayed even though their terms state 24hours timeframe.

Now it seems like 24hours has gone again and withdraw is still pending..

Hello so I registered account with them on the 22.4 and made two deposits i managed to win 300€. Where after I made a withdrawal which was cancelled within 45minutes because I had to send in a missing document which I did instantly and my account got fully verified and I requested a new withdrawal.Now my withdrawal has been pending for 36 hours even when they say they process within 24hours in their terms.I have contacted live chat about this issue they keep giving me the same excuses all the time saying that there might be delays depending on the workload of their finance department.
