I won in bonuses but casino never credited my account

Dear AskGamblers Management / Complaint Team,
​My 96-hour waiting period has expired without any response or resolution from FatFruit Casino, further proving their lack of professionalism and bad faith. I would like to update this case with their latest unacceptable stalling tactics, which clearly demonstrate that this operator is running a fraudulent scheme.
​After 9 days of ignoring my delayed $2,400 withdrawal under the false excuse of a "manual finance queue," the casino suddenly canceled my pending withdrawal and returned the funds to my balance.
​When I contacted their Live Chat to ask why, they claimed that I suddenly needed to complete a $70.50 wagering requirement. Notably, there was no tracker or feature on my profile to monitor this newly invented requirement, forcing me to rely entirely on their support agents.
​I immediately completed the requested $70.50 wager with zero issues. I then reopened the Live Chat and explicitly asked the agent, Jason, if I had cleared the requirement and if I was "all good to withdraw." He confirmed in writing: "As we can see, yes, you have placed a wager... For now, everything is okay. Please make a withdrawal."
​I requested a new withdrawal (now for $2,340). However, when I asked another agent, Gee, if I had to face another long delay and wait in the "queue" all over again despite fixing their sudden issue, he shockingly replied: "Unfortunately not, the funds go to the back of the queue... We cannot expedite anything at this time as per senior casino management."
​This confirms their strategy: They canceled a 9-day pending withdrawal just to reset the clock, force me to the back of their fake queue, and frustrate me into losing the funds.

​My Question to AskGamblers:
The casino clearly manipulated their T&C (wagering requirements) just to stall my payment. Now that I have fulfilled their demands, why are they not complying with their own T&C Clause 11.6, which states that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours?
​I am not the only player suffering from this exact predatory behavior right now. This casino is deliberately holding players' funds indefinitely without any valid legal or technical reason.
​I kindly urge the AskGamblers administration to step in, classify this casino as Fraudulent, and consider removing them from your trusted platform to protect other players. The attached screenshots verify every claim I have made above.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding an unresolved, delayed withdrawal of €1,842.81 with Fatfruit Casino.
I am a fully verified VIP customer, but my recent payout has been left pending without any communication or recourse options.

My account is fully verified (KYC completed), and I have operated this account as a VIP member with no term violations.
There are none ongoing wagering requirements / bonus locks etc & my account states that the funds are fully available for withdrawal.
My last successful withdraw was 5.9.26.

On September 24, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €1,842.8. This request was also confirmed in a standard generic mail from FatFruit.
Now 6 days after the withdrawal was submitted the site still just lists the withdraw status as pending.

For the last week all the sites customer support communication channels have also been completely disabled without any explanations or information about any technical issues.

Live Chat: Completely disabled on the website.
Email Support: Support emails receive zero replies after many attempts.
WhatsApp Support: Official WhatsApp channels have been turned off/disabled.
VIP Managers: Unreachable

While all support channels are offline and withdrawals are not being processed, the site still seem to process & accept incoming deposits from players as normal. ( I have not tested this 100% until the end where new funds actually get deposited, but the deposit process seems to work as normal as far as I am willing to check) The site also allows gameplay with existing account funds as normal

Because all support channels are entirely unresponsive and inactive, I have been unable to resolve this matter directly with the casino management, or have any kind of dialog.

Requested Resolution:

I request that Fatfruit Casino immediately process and release my full withdrawal of €1,842.81 to one of my registered & previous used payment methods and provide an update regarding the operational status of the site. All issues mentioned here can be fully documented with screenshots & video.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed/refusal withdrawal of [800$] at FatFruit Casino. Despite being a fully verified player with a history of successful transactions, I am now facing an indefinite delay.
​The Facts:
​Method Conflict: I deposited via Neteller, but my withdrawal request has been repeatedly rejected. Support claims "technical issues" with the provider but refuses to process a manual transfer.
​Banking Impossibility: The casino is pressuring me to withdraw via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. I have clearly explained that my banking institution does not allow these transactions, making Neteller (my original deposit method) the only viable option.
​Invalid Contact Channels: I attempted to escalate this to the management emails provided in their terms and conditions ([email protected] and [email protected]), but both addresses are invalid and bounced back as "Address not found."
​Stalling: I have complied with all verification requirements, yet the casino continues to offer generic excuses without a timeline for resolution.
​Resolution Requested:
I am requesting that FatFruit Casino manually process my withdrawal to my Neteller account immediately, as they have failed to provide a working alternative or a functional escalation path.

I have been unable to withdraw for over two weeks due to the casino stating they have a tech issue on my account with skrill.

I deposited with skrill and they state due to technical glitch skrill should be showing but isn't. They asked me to send info from the 'inspector tab' on google. I have done this but it's still not resolved.

Issue is a week ago they told me to email in my bank statement so they could verify that and let me withdraw with bank transfer. However they have now said it HAS to be skrill.

I requested the money be sent manually but that hasn't happened.

The site will have the evidence of these discussions in the chat history mostly.
