I won in bonuses but casino never credited my account

Hi. Yet again i have issues with Hollycorn N.V and their affiliated partners.

I played my welcome bonus and i won 3x bonuses with in total 327EURO in bonus rounds. But i never got credited to my account and they "supposedly say for 2 weeks that they are waiting for delay from game provider"

I will now attach all screenshot of my winnings with Game ID of each round and my account in the casino of i have not been credited the bonus i won.

Please refer to attached pictures for more information regarding my winnings.

Unresolved Withdrawal and Invalid Management Contact

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed/refusal withdrawal of [800$] at FatFruit Casino. Despite being a fully verified player with a history of successful transactions, I am now facing an indefinite delay.
The Facts:
Method Conflict: I deposited via Neteller, but my withdrawal request has been repeatedly rejected. Support claims "technical issues" with the provider but refuses to process a manual transfer.
Banking Impossibility: The casino is pressuring me to withdraw via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. I have clearly explained that my banking institution does not allow these transactions, making Neteller (my original deposit method) the only viable option.
Invalid Contact Channels: I attempted to escalate this to the management emails provided in their terms and conditions ([email protected] and [email protected]), but both addresses are invalid and bounced back as "Address not found."
Stalling: I have complied with all verification requirements, yet the casino continues to offer generic excuses without a timeline for resolution.
Resolution Requested:
I am requesting that FatFruit Casino manually process my withdrawal to my Neteller account immediately, as they have failed to provide a working alternative or a functional escalation path.

Casino closed my account without any information

I used their 4th deposit bonus which is 50%. Deposited 100€ via Skrill and started wagering with a total balance of 150€. After a successful wager, my balance was 3000€ and the account was verified fast. So I made a cashout via bank wire because, somehow skrill wasn't on their cashout options at all as it should be. They canceled my cashout and asked me to make a new one via Skrill, I had to explain again that Skrill is not on their available cashout option so I can't do that.

And couple of hours from this they closed my account without any information. I had to ask live chat what was going on, but they just told me only that the decision was final.

I know 100% sure that I haven't done anything wrong, I've been playing online casinos for over 10 years, and I know how these things go.

I haven't even permanently closed any other sister casinos, or if I have closed some never said the word "gambling problem" because I dont have one.

Unable to withdraw back to Skrill due to technical glitch on casinos side

I have been unable to withdraw for over two weeks due to the casino stating they have a tech issue on my account with skrill.

I deposited with skrill and they state due to technical glitch skrill should be showing but isn't. They asked me to send info from the 'inspector tab' on google. I have done this but it's still not resolved.

Issue is a week ago they told me to email in my bank statement so they could verify that and let me withdraw with bank transfer. However they have now said it HAS to be skrill.

I requested the money be sent manually but that hasn't happened.

The site will have the evidence of these discussions in the chat history mostly.
