I have gone through all of the verification details and my withdrawal was approved on Sept. 6th 2017 and I still can't understand why it's delayed. I have contacted Cool Cat more than 4 times always getting the same response " I will have your withdrawal escalated" only to still be waiting and feeling like a fool for the last 3 months!

Nothing makes me happier than proving people wrong. ;-p
First, I'll tell you that your next withdrawal was sent off to our processor just after I made my last post: 12/6 Paid $2500 for transaction #144404244. I would expect the funds should be reflected in our account towards the middle of this week.
Regarding your VIP status, unfortunately, this is completely outside my wheelhouse. I do know that status is based upon profits vs. losses, but beyond that, I really don't know much. My suggestion would be to contact your VIP manager directly and he/she will be able to explain how all this works and what steps can be taken to retain your status.
