Cool Cat Casino - Excessive payment delays

Cool Cat Casino is delaying my cashouts as long as possible. I am being told that I can only have 1 withdrawal processed at a time, and the next will not be processed for ANOTHER 10-15 business days.

I have uploaded a picture of my withdrawals that I am disputing. Today is the 15th business day (3 weeks) for two of the withdrawals and they have only approved one.

I have deposited a lot of money at Cool Cat Casino and it is taking excessively long to get paid therefore I am filing this complaint.

Also, the $2250 included bonus money. The actual amount I am disputing is $525 less.

I'm so sorry for the frustration and delays you've experienced. I can assure you that we are not deliberately delaying any payments--we've been experiencing some difficulties with processing which has created quite a backlog. We're working as hard as we can to get everyone's payments processed as quickly as possible.

To this end, I can see that a payment was sent off and we're waiting on the tracking (I would expect to see the tracking by the end of the week). Your next payment will go off next week, and another the following week.

I will continue to follow this and update as I have more information.

Thank you for the response. I wish that both of my cashouts requested on the same day would have been lumped into one cashout rather than multiple. Anyways, I am awaiting tracking or confirmation that the payment has been sent.
