GDFplay Casino -Withdrawal of €2500 Not Paid After 3 Days


On 29th of May my withdrawal request through Neteller for € 2500 was approved and I got an email stating that my funds will be credited soon, assuming 24 hours as it says on the casino website. After 24 hours I contacted live chat, which asked me to send an email to the support team. So I did, 2 days passed, and got no reply. So I came back to live chat again, now they asked me to email the finance team. Same, no reply.

This is my first withdrawal and my identity has been confirmed prior withdrawal. I still have a big sum of winnings that I would like to withdraw later as well, but at this speed, I'm afraid it will take longer than the time frames stated on the GDFcasino website.
