Do not waste your money or time investing in this company! I requested to withdrawal $1256.00 was told that they received my documents it would just take 7 days to process. On the 10th day asked how much longer because my withdrawal still showed pending. 1st representative said no worries they are behind on processing because of so many withdrawal requests. On the 12th day spoke to 2 representatives that had two different reasons of why I wouldn't be receiving payout. Got disconnected so tried another time to see what was going on because what they told me was two completely different stories and I really was confused. The 3rd rep explained they never received my documents and told me it wasn't going to be paid out for a completely different reason than the 2 reps before. If they want to keep people's winnings and not payout they should at the least be on the same page with the excuses they tell customer. Maybe it would be believable! This is the worst experience I have had with a online casino! I see know why they were on the black list but don't understand why they were removed. Lesson learned!

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

I'm a bit confused, however, as I see you played these funds to zero, the day prior to your posting this complaint. Unfortunately, now there is nothing I can do to help.

Based on player's email it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been reversed by the player. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.
