Crystal Casino Club - Did not honour bonus terms

I got a no deposit bonus from this casino last year for £50 and completed the gruelling playthrough of 99x over 5 days as stated by the person on chat.

The withdrawal maximum at the time was £150 and despite reaching this figure I was told by the person in their chat room I had to get the winning amount up to £225 because there was an extra £75 fee to withdraw via wire transfer and then make one deposit of £25 (wire was the only payment method they offered at the time) so despite doing this and sending in my documents as requested they claimed in the end that no cash out option was ever given for this bonus. They even changed the playthough terms during this time when I asked through chat, and when I said to them that I was told there is a withdrawal from the bonus, they disagreed.

They told me that their was a change of management, which was later also denied when I spoke to them in their chat portal

Can this be resolved?
