Withdrawal?!

On December 2nd, I requested a withdrawal from Crystal Casino club for $324. Well, it has been well over a month and it is still pending. I have gone on live chat several times and asked when they think it might be processed and I keep getting the same answer: Our payout system is broke and needs to be fixed. Really? Another words you don't have the money to pay out the winners. Hey, if you don't have the money to pay out your winners, every consider your in the wrong line of business? I am really getting sick of these top game casinos. Seems like I've had nothing but bad luck with them. Because again, even when you win it seems your really lose. So long story short, I don't expect to get paid and I do beleive I have learned my lesson. No more top game casinos for me.

I made a withdrawal 4 months ago it has stil nit been processed and i have had no response with regards to all the emails ive sent them disgusting services.

On 8-4-13 I tried to withdrawal my winnings ..Sent docs everything good ..I ask every week and they keep saying it takes time but you will be payed..Well 4 months later and nothing ..I made the deposit ,they took the money ...I played thru the play thru ...I sent the docs. 4 months later nothing on my 2000 withdrawal except you will get paid it takes time ..We both know 4 months is not normal..

2months ago I took the bonus from 50 EUR ND and I reached the requirements for withdrawal. I deposited 10 euro subject to the terms and I picked up the 150 euro. I submitted my documents and I informed my bank details (only for bank withdrawals). Someone tell me what happened to these guys?
