I joined the casino and made first deposit. A bonus was given for the deposit. I played different slots until I lost my complete balance (including bonus and cash balance).
Then I went on to make another deposit for which I got another small bonus. I also lost it all and account balance was zero.
I made a third deposit for which no bonus was given but my deposit went to bonus balance.
I contacted casino to transfer my deposit to cash balance as no bonuses were given.
Casino refuses to transfer my deposit to cash balance because they say that my first deposit bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
I argue that there should be no wagering requirements left as all of the bonus and first deposit were lost and no games are outstanding.

Please note that whenever you deposit at the casino and if you receive the match offer, there will be a wagering requirement that will attached to the bonus.
You will need to make sure that you have completed all of the wagering requirements before you will be able to withdraw or have the funds reflect as cash in your casino account.
As per our records, you had not completed the wagering requirement on a previous bonus you had received and as you had bets in play, thus when you made your next deposit, there was still wagering attached.
I have now spoken with the Casino manager and arranged for the your deposit to be reset as Cash and you are welcome to login and play.
