Delayed withdrawals and no real answers


On 5/16/2017, I began playing. I won on 5/17/2017. I completed & sent in verification documents on 5/17/2017. I requested withdrawal on the same day. My withdrawal request was denied on 5/19 because my documents (which were confirmed received on 5/17 were not yet uploaded into their system). My documents were uploaded on 5/25/2017. I requested withdrawal on 5/27/2017. Rules State an approval will be issued for requests under $200 within 3-5 Days. I have 4 requests for $199 each on 5/27/2017. Today is June 6, 2017 and I was just told to wait another 10-15 dats for approval and then another 10-15 Days for funds to be sent, then Another 10-15 Days to receive check. That is 2 months to receive withdrawals. This is not in the posted rules and I'm really annoyed by it all.
