Delayed withdraw of 1000€ over 3 weeks


On 25th of March, I atempted to withdraw 1000€, I waited for 10 days and had recieved nothing so i contacted the support team on the 5th of April. The responce i got was;

Please be informed that your withdraw was processed on Mar-29. A withdrawal is received in up to 5 business days depending on the speed of the bank. However, please keep in mind that Mar-30 and Apr-2 were not official working days, so you should receive your winnings by Apr-9.

So i checked my account on the 9th but nothing there,
I tried to contact the support team but did not got any response. Please askgamblers if you can help me resolve this issue

As of today 30 of April the money didn't reach my account yet.
It's only been 3 business days so I'll give it another 3 days.
