I requested two payouts one of 700.00$ and one of 800.00$ I have not yet received a tracking number for my checks or either one check and it's been over a month now both payments were approved but everytime I chat to ask what's going on they always say they can't give me a specific time frame would like to know whats going on thank you.

I've looked into this for you and there are two withdrawals. The first one has already gone off to the processor and the tracking will be available for you this week (if you've not received it already).
With your second withdrawal, it was approved on 3/20 and is still within our parameters for processing. The moment your tracking is available on this one, we'll be sending it off to you.
