I have been waiting for 2 withdrawal payments totaling $3,400 for nearly 5 months now! The first withdrawal request was made May 29, 2017. My documents were properly submitted and payments have been approved. I have contacted customer service via Chat multiple times and each time I have been told my concern would be escalated to management.
