First of all, I like this casino. However, getting paid is very stressful and hard from this casino.
When I submit the withdraw request on 12/27/2016 and nothing is happening until now, there is problem with this casino.
Yes, it has happened to me couple of times but then I when I file complaints to askgambler.com usually they are more attentive.
This particular time, I requested amount of 4500.00 and I haven't got any response from this casino as of today, January 12, 2017.
I spent the money on my credit card deposit, I want to put it back to account before it gets financed charge for late payment.
Please, could you please pay me on time and tell me I will be receiving it soon so I don't have anxiety issue with your casino?
And again, customer service transfers me to VIP department and they keep saying it takes 2-3 business day to process the approval, then submit it to accounting to get my check in 2week. Which is totally fine, but they haven't even check on my pending request for withdrawal for weeks! and they are telling me they don't know when it will get approved!!!!
I really want to get money. Please, address this issue Tawny.
