Hello - I hate to put in another complaint against Slots of Vegas but I have to because I am getting the run around again. I made a withdrawal and have gone through all the waiting periods. I contacted them last week and was told they no longer do wire transfers and that my winnings were being sent to me via a check. I was told my winnings went out but they would not tell me the address to where they sent it (I asked for confirmation). I just contacted them again to see where the check was mailed and they said it wasn't mailed but it's set for a wire transfer (which they told me they no longer do). They told me I have to submit my paperwork again (which I've sent over 3 times). I'm at a loss with this and need help. Would you please look into and help me get my winnings?

I was told my winnings went out but they would not tell me the address to where they sent it (I asked for confirmation). I just contacted them again to see where the check was mailed and they said it wasn't mailed but it's set for a wire transfer (which they told me they no longer do). They told me I have to submit my paperwork again (which I've sent over 3 times). I'm at a loss with this and need help. Would you please look into and help me get my winnings?
