Unfortunately, I have to submit another complaint regarding this casino. I requested a withdrawall on 21 Sept. after completing my wagering. The Casino suggested to me to send all my documents: I don't know why, because I sent all them already, as you can read in my other complaint! Well, I sent immediately FOR THE SECOND TIME my documents and on 22 of September and I received this email:

Subject: Security Documents Accepted
The email was without text but the subject is clear: Security Documents Accepted.
So, I had to wait for 15-18 business days to receive the money, as for casino terms and conditions. This casino is very slow to pay the winnings, but, ok, I waited.
But after 19 business days from the acceptance of my documents, the casino did not pay nothing and they don't tell me exactly when I'll receive the money. When I asked information, the finance department always is closed... I hope this complaint can solve the situation, because I am not satisfied with the answers of the agents on chat.

Please be informed that casino management is being notified about their ongoing complaints cases in a daily basis. Unfortunately, casino failed to respond as of yet. In case that casino fail to post the public message with the update/explanation on the matter, in a timely manner, AskGamblers Complaints Team will have no other choice but to close complaint as Unresolved.
