Delayed Payment, Again


My prior problem with Cool Cat was quickly resolved when I filed a complaint, but once again they are stuck on their practiced apology lines.. I thought maybe the prior problem was just a glitch in their system.

Now I have another withdrawal for $755 that was approved on 12/28/16. Their policy says 3-8 days to get paid. It now has been 17 days. And I am getting the run around again....Extremely high rate of withdr­awa­ls.......P­ro­blems with the processor.....I will escalate that get this taken care of.....I will see to it that a manager looks into this.....anything but "Your payment is on the way."

I also requested a withdrawal of $850 on 1/2/2017 and cannot even find out if it has been approved, although it has been long enough.

I may start looking for another site to play if this is going to be a constant problem with Cool Cat.

Well, Cool Cat stepped up and took care of the problem. I received both payments I was waiting for today. Thank you Tawni for the follow up email with the tracking information. The payment was delivered this morning.

I really like everything about Cool Cat if they would just get the withdrawal process a little more efficient.

Thanks again to askgamblers and Cool Cat for the quick resolution to my issue. I will play Cool Cat again.

I'm incredibly sorry--you were given erroneous information previously. The information I've given you is accurate and I've been checking for your tracking, daily. As I mentioned previously, I'm hopeful tracking will roll in within the next couple days.

The problem is that I have been told for weeks that the payment has already been sent off to processing......back on December 28th! So we are now at 23 days and you are telling me you should see tracking information by mid week, NEXT week. Since this is the second time I have had a problem, and I see that I am not alone with the problems, I find it hard to believe anything I am told.

If it is going to take this long every time, then please change your website to let players know they are going to have no problems making a deposit, but can expect to wait 2 months or more to get a withdrawal.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
