I submitted a withdraw request on 12/07/17 for the amount of $2500. After sending in all of the required documents (twice), my withdraw was approved on 12/21/17. It has been over a month now with no payment and every time I contact customer service they say that I should see the money at the end of the week. Quite frankly, I am getting tired of waiting.
