Delayed & Runaround for $2,500

Hello,
We have 2500$ in our Slots of Vegas Casino account. We have now tried 3 times to withdraw the funds.
Each time it allows us the select withdraw and then indicates that it is pending. We have sent in all the paperwork.
After a few days the money is redeposited into our account and becomes reactive as if a withdrawal had never been requested. Same situation occurs when we choose Check or Wire Transfer.
Please help. Hard working nurse needs the money to patch up a leaky roof.

You'll be pleased to know that your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, Saturday: 06/02 Paid $2362 for transaction #73787413. I would expect to see tracking for this towards the end of this week (possibly sooner).
