My $2,000 withdrawal was approved on 12/28/14 and my $1,000 withdrawal was approved on 1/12/15. I still have not received these approved withdrawals. I have contacted through chat, phone, and e-mail many, many times. I continue to be told that they are waiting for verification from the accounting department of when my money will be sent. This has been going on for almost 2 years now, I just want my money!

I submitted a complaint to you on 12/13/16 regarding 99 slot machines. I then advised you in September that new management had taken over and there was hope. Well, I was advised last week that even though I had all the documentation proving my withdrawals were approved and also sent them my bank statement proving that they were not deposited into my bank account....since the new management has no affiliation with the old management, they will not honor any withdrawal requests from the old management. So everyone that is waiting for delayed payments from 99 slot machines will not be getting them. After being told over and over by the prior management that I would get my withdrawals and waiting almost 3 years, I am not getting my $3,000 that I won. This is such a rip off. I can not begin to tell you how angry I am about this! Prior management should be jailed for taking all of our money and not giving out winnings that are due!

I submitted a complaint to you on 12/13/16 regarding 99 slot machines. I am still in the process of getting this solved and there is a bit of hope. I wanted to let everyone know that 99 slots has new management as of last week. They are in the process of "cleaning up" all of the mess that was left, going through accounts. It is going to take a while to do that, so be patient, but I believe we will all be getting our money that was due us. Please note that they have a new phone number to call.
