Verification Run-Around
This casino lured me in with a free spins. I won on the free spins and eventually had more than $500 to cash out. I was told that I had to verify my account with required items and make a minimum $25 deposit before I could request a payout. I have had to do the same procedure at other casinos, so I didn't think much of it...at first. I made my $25 deposit and sent all of the required verification items. I am repeatedly told that the received my driver's license photo, but they never receive the fax back form, proof of residency (utility bill) or the photos of the front/back of my depositing credit card. I have sent these documents over and over again--using my phone and two different lap top computers--still, I am given the run-around or am told that they couldn't open the files. This has been going on since the very beginning of October. I just got off yet another live chat with their customer service. I got the same old song and dance and was told, "rest assured...they will have their accounting department check into the matter and notify me immediately." I realize that this casino has a huge number of complaints against them and realistically, I can probably kiss my $25 deposit goodbye. But, I still wanted to file this complaint. Perhaps it will help others. I now know to thoroughly research an online casino before playing/depositing there. I am new to online gaming (began in Spring of this year). I am now becoming more familiar with the reputable sites and the not-so-reputable sites. I will forward to you all of the email exchanges that I have had with 99 Slot Machines. One more thing...I also won at 5 of their sister sites...but I'm smart enough to not deposit there until if and when I ever receive my payout from 99 Slot Machines. Here are the sister sites: Might Slots, Slot Nuts, Slots Inferno, Plenty Jackpots, Real Vegas Online. Thank you for hearing me out. Sincerely, Rebecca Krzysiak

No Pay Out and No Communication
I ask for a withdrawal of $1,805, on Nov 12, 2014 from my account at 99 Slot Machines. Since then, I have been ignored or just brushed away with standard form-letter like responses. Below is a copy of my latest email to them, listing the problems and steps I've taken. I would appreciate any additional assistance you may be able to provide. Thank you. Clarence Clear. Dec 27 (3 days ago) to jack RE: LTK12167046745997X On November 12, 2014, I submitted a request for withdrawal and all necessary paperwork and documents needed for my account to be verified and the request to be processed for approval. On November 24, 2014, I received an email from "[email protected]" (Player Security) at your casino, stating that the paperwork had been received and approved. Since that time I have submitted several email requests, made countless phone calls and "live chat" requests, for information about the my withdrawal. So far, all I have been told is that the request is still pending the managers approval and it should be processed and sent to me within the next few days. All emails I have received in regards to my inquiry appear to be a standard, "rubber-stamp" reply thanking me for my request and that someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours. Todays date is December 27, 2014 and I still haven't heard from anyone. I have read and re-read the Terms and Conditions, to include the section pertaining to Withdrawals. I am surprised that this process has taken as long as it has given the information in the first paragraph of your instructions pertaining to Withdrawal Requests: "All withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours during our regular scheduled accounting hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am ET to 9:00 pm ET. VIP withdrawals are processed from Monay thru Saturday and they are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases." As I mentioned, today's date is December 27, 2014.....well beyond your established and accepted norm indicated in your guidelines. I would appreciate the common courtesy of a timely response to my inquiry and my request for withdrawal as well. Sincerely, Clarence Owen Clear
