Delay of verification of documents
Since March 15 I have emailed the required documents to the casino. After following up with that support person I dont get any respons. So I submit another inquiry email and nobody responded to that email. Then I sent another email request and somebody replied and asked again for the documents. So I emailed them again. One week no news. So I follow up and I get standard reply that it takes long because of backlog. My withdrawal has reached $6,800 which is an exiting winning. But I hope to get a clearer answer to how long it will take to verify my identity. And if there is something I need to send to speed up the process I am happy to comply. I want to use my winnings for a nice vacation with my family. Hope this issue is resolved soon. Thanks.
