Delaying payments with ridiculous excuses


Hello askgamblers,
B-bets is not reliable at all, Please publish a negative warning about this company like you did for staybet.

February 9 I did a withdrawal of 5.000 euro.
According to their rules I should have received 2500 euro within 5 business days and the second payment of 2500 euro should have been paid second of March.
I did not receive the First payment at all within 5 business days. They told me I received it and I had to prove this via bank statements. B-bets refuses to provide proof of this payment.
In the end they told me the payment bounched back thee times. They always use this to delay the payment. After daily contact I finally received First payment February 28.
This month it is the same story, still No payment of second part.
This company can stalk customers with bonus oppportunities to get deposits but refuse to payout on time. This company does everything to delay this.

Askagsmblers, Please support me. New customers should never choose for B-bets.com.
This company should receive a warning.

Yes, received it.
I really expected the same issue as February, therefore I filled in this complaint.
I received second payment before you published it.

Askgamblers; please support me in my other complaint vs staybet.
I am already waiting 5 weeks for my money and there is always something for them to delay it.

In regards to your first payment. We understand this has been cause for frustration, however it did bounce and there is nothing we can do to change the delay on this. You confirmed us you received this.

For the second installment you were informed this would be processed around the 2nd of March. It was processed on the 5th. And on our end this payment shows as a success.

Please confirm that you have received this payout.

In regards to us sending promotional emails, if you wish you can use the unsubscribe button at the bottom of them. From what I can see you are no longer included in any of our promotional email lists.
