Hi i downloaded the crazy vegas casino yesterday , and followed the link withthe offer 100% on first dep + 75 free spins on the games helloweens. After the deposit was made i thought i am gonna to receive the free spins and the dep bonus. But i did not.

I started to play and made some winnings , ordered an wd. On the next day i contacted the support and i was told the offer is outdated . So i made a deposit did not get any bonus and any freespins. After i contacted the support at least to get the first deposit bonus i was told i cannot cause i have an Wd . When i asked why a bonus was not issued uponmy first deposit i got the answer "Lesley: For first deposits the system does a security check to make sure all details provided is correct before crediting the bonus."

Please look in to this matter .

Upon casino's bonus terms
5.2.5 Deposit Bonuses are credited automatically to the players accounts within 5 hours or sooner.
5.2.8 Should a withdrawal be submitted before the Welcome Bonus is credited to the Bonus Account, the bonus will be forfeited.
In this case player withdraw his winnings before bonus was automatically credited, so his/hers bonus was forfeited. Also we get conformation from the casino that this player received his/hers winnings that he/she requested. This complaint is officially closed and resolved.
