I won $751.41on 1/26/2013 I spoked to a rep by the name of "Henrey" henrey always seems to be the one answering all times of the day, something dosn't fit right about that, anyways he has rudely shut me down a few times,I have to always re-logg unto their casino, makeing it difficult to contact them for any support, I never experienced anything like this, I won $20,000 dollars from Golden Tiger casino, when they use to take US Players, recived my money no problems, so where do we go from here?.

Hi im responding to your resent comments I haven't yet resolved. Any complaints. With. Crazy luck Casio I'm still waiting , so please continue to assess me in my complaint. Against. Them.

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.
