Payout not being fulfilled
I have been waiting for a payout for 3 1/2 weeks now. They just say rest assured, you will get it as soon as possible, be patient. One representative told me they had a problem with their Bitcoin Wallet, but it was corrected and I would get my payout within 48 hours. That was over a week ago. My request for payout was 7/13/22. All documentation they requested to verify was provided at the time the payout was requested. They have told me they are ashamed of themselves for the delay, but still are unable or unwilling to give me a payout date. For 2 weeks now, day and night, they say no supervisor is available to talk to and they do not answer email. Does anyone know any way to go higher up with them? Their phone number on the website is not theirs and they say they haven’t had a working phone number since Covid started. I am adding what seems like a lot, but is just a small portion of my back-up and screen prints.
