No option to withdraw...

Hi! I deposited on 9/11/13, met the playthrough according to Henry or Shane and tried withdrawing the $3000 that I won. When I go to the cashier my only option is Wire Transfer. So I click that and a message appears that says "Due to current withdrawal limits, this withdrawal method is not available at the moment." I then contacted support again and they told me that they are passing it on to their finance team. After five days of contacting support I keep getting the same response.

Today Henry told me that if I deposit $100 they can manually credit my credit card with $1000. I told him that I would be happy to provide my credit card details but that it didn't seem prudent to deposit in order to get my withdrawal. So! Here it is five days later and I haven't even begun the withdrawal process. I hate to complain but feel it might be necessary. Help!
