Deposit refund delayed indefinitely

What a nightmare and total ripoff this outfit is. These people have scammed me out of 50 bucks, euros, whatever... in deposits, AND 270 eur in winnings. After being solicited up to the eyeballs by them to take part in their Crazy "Free" promos, I finally gave in after seeing them included on many, "trusted" lists of the very few USA friendly casinos out there. I went in and found myself still up at the end of the first part of the 2 part promo. Then it told me the first part was finished and that I needed to deposit 25 whatever the currency was, in order to meet the requirements that would enable me to move on to the final stage. I deposit my bitcoin, it processed through, and I was allowed to continue. For days. THEN it suddenly out of nowhere just zeroed out my balance again, and hit me with a message once again stating I have not met the requirements to move forward to the 2nd/final stage in order to be able to 22 play thru the required amounts needed to be waged in order to try and retain any winnings. I couldn't get anyone on chat. Feeling mighty irritated now, I stupidly deposit a 2nd time, thinking I will be able to explain the situation later and have them fix it once they are able to confirm. (what a joke) I am once again allowed to move on to the next part, work thru the wager requirements, and continue to keep winning. Sad to say, once I started to lose my balance at a rapid pace no matter what slot I moved to, I told myself that I must have met them and could now cash out because I suddenly felt I had been rigged to only lose. Sure enough, I was in fact eligible to withdraw beginning at the point I began that rapid decent towards loserville. So I submitted a withdrawal request for the remaining 270 Eur I had left to be deposited into my bitcoin wallet. It states that it could take up to a max of 14 days to process this, provided I submit proof of id documents timely if i am asked to provide any. The next day they sent me an email asking for specific documents to be uploaded to them, in a specific way. I followed all instructions to the letter. I had begun this "crazy free" promo on 11/3/19. I had completed it/ submitted the withdrawal request on 11/13/19. It has been over a month now, and when asked, all their customer service would respond with was, "It will be processed in a couple of days." Yesterday they told me it will definitely be done at the begining of this week. TODAY they emailed me stating I put the wrong date of birth during my initial registration! TOTAL BS stall tactic! These people are crooks. I wish I had seen all of these bad reviews and/or trusted my gut and ran the other way when I saw they only had two less popular methods available, (with little to no help available from either when being taken advantage of) for making deposits and withdrawals. It should have been loud and clear that I should have slapped on that Vanna name tag and bought myself a vowel once I noticed that the major cc companies probably had long dumped them as "clients", assumingly after all the headaches they must have created them to suffer through due to endless complaints and cries of fraud, as well as the sheer number of chargeback requests brought against them. This sucks big time and is very unfair. This "casino" needs to have its site shut down so it is no longer able to inflict any further damage. Because apparently all they are doing is stealing from people who unwittingly trust them to be on the up and up. If by some miracle I actually ever receive my withdrawal, I will eat these words and apologize. But Im not feeling any warm fuzzies that this will ever happen.
