Confused over losing balance

I am extremely frustrated.. This casino is not replying.. The live chat doesn't work and the UK number they have is dead!!!! I've been depositing quite often to this site.. After all the wagering requirements have been met and I'm still not able to withdraw. . Hi was wondering if you can help... I wanted to post on forum but I couldn't upload my documents to it. .

I deposited 100 to crazy luck casino. Got 760 % bonus ... Took me nearly a whole day to wager it 😂 after all that I have hit a huge problem. So in the terms it says I can withdraw 1.5 X bonus and deposit which I worked out 1290.00 ... So I have tried to withdraw that amount and it's says I've exceeded the maximum amount.. I am struggling to get my head around it. So I am thinking there is 500 daily limit for withdrawing. Now because of this I will lose everything over and above if I draw 500 . It just makes no sense. So everyone if they win over 500 won't get it because it says if balance is greater after withdrawing you will lose what's left ...

So tell me if I am wrong but the maximum you can ever win within this bonus is 500 ?? Wouldn't it have been simpler if they wrote that you won't be able to win more tram 500 ?

I am hoping it's me being a little slow and I have got this wrong and I will be still able to keep what I won 😂

Reply has still not explained why I couldn't withdraw.. Telling me between 600 and 1100 I would be fine... I tried 1000 I exceeded daily amount
Then 500 didn't reach bonus terms

Someone tell me how I was ever supposed to withdraw any winnings???

So it seems that it had to be 0.8 Of The bonus I had to withdraw which was 608 so I had to go back on to get the 500 back up again.. And it never happened.. So from someone who won 1290 but couldn't withdraw then tried to take 500 which was too low for promotion... I tried to get balance back up and it ate every penny so I am now writing to request my deposits to be refunded .this casino also messaged today and wrote it had to be between 600 and 1100 .but once again easy to say now... And I know this is false as I tried to withdraw 1000 and it exceeded my limit ..I am so gutted and upset

Now feeling like they are making it impossible for ne to draw anything so I took the balance down to 500 as apparently that's daily limit!!!! Didn't want to but thought 500 is better than nothing But I have played and wasted all that money and guess what

Just gone to withdraw 500 now it's telling me the amount is too low based on this promotion

So please tell ne over 500 exceeded the amount due to limits

500 under isn't enough for this promotion

No payment issued after extensive delays

I requested a withdrawal of $91.80 on June 30 (image attached).

After waiting well past the processing period listed in the casino terms (image attached), the live chat agents said they were referring my case to an "account manager."

I then received an email dated August 30 stating that my payment would be issued early the following week (image attached).

Now that another entire week has gone by, I have attempted to follow up but the live chat agents now say they can't help me and I am not receiving any replies when emailing the casino.

Never paid from Nov 2023 request

I requested a payout of $702 in November 2023.

This amount was the approved amount to be able to request a withdrawal per customer service.

Since then I've been lied to saying I'm getting paid this week, next week, I'm next in line for the payouts going out, it's being processed now, it's been escalated to priority, it's being taken care of, don't worry your money is being deposited on Monday because they don't work weekends and so on. It's still in the requested stage and has not even been looked at. I can't begin to count the # of emails sent to support, management, and the financial department requesting answers, all ignored.

I questioned through chat daily until about a month ago now my chats won't be even acknowledged at all.

They took my deposits and now holding my winnings.

I had originally at 1st won $40 which they paid in 2 days. Then after several more deposits and completing all of the requirements for this $702 payout, I'm now ignored for 3 months.

I appreciate any help thank you.

Still waiting on payout from FEBRUARY

I requested a payout in February which was rejected.

Then I requested it again it was rejected again then I requested it again and I found out that the reason it was supposedly rejected was because they had internal issues.

That being said I have been waiting since February and every week I used to chat to find out any information and I always get the same information they expedited it they need a new Bitcoin address which I gave probably 20 by now if not more and that they would get to it as soon as possible.

Requested payout but the wait is endless

I activated a bonus and successfully satisfied my playthrough requirements. I deposited $25 and requested my payout after losing that $25. This has been since January 3, 2023. I've messaged and emailed them too many times to count and can't seem to get anywhere. Apparently they have only 1 customer service rep because I've talked to "John" every single time.

Payout of 412 usd pending for days

I requested a payout on 9/26/2022 for $412. The request is still in pending. They claim it has been prioritized. I have chatted with a number of customer service reps about the matter. I have also provided my bitcoin wallet address numerous times.This request would be my second withdrawal. First withdrawal was successful in 6 days. Will not payout winnings to me

I am owed 3 different payouts, total amount of $1,795.00 from crazyluck casino. Earliest payout pending since May 29, 2022.

It's been 4 1/2 months and counting. I've been asked to give an "updated btc address" at least 15 times. I have gotten every excuse under the sun.

Worst part after being in queue for 2 months waiting they tell me one day "Thanks for waiting, give us an updated BTC, it's getting processed"…. So I do that… And also make a new deposit, lose it… Few days goes by, I never get any payout. I ask and suddenly I'm back in the queue. And they will let me know.

I was told over and over that it would be paid within a few days, and was being processed. Only to have the week pass, check-in, and be right back to square 1.

I even had Chat agent Dean tell me and I quote, "Winning players are NOT entitled to be paid." - that was interesting. Still have the screenshots of the convo. I told him that seems to be the problem, they don't believe they owe or need to pay anyone.

Worst part I just wanna play. But also wanna know if I'm able to win at all, I will be paid. If anyone can help I would be forever grateful!!

Stealing my money

I played a $50 free chip bonus with Crazy luck. Upon winning $75 and meeting playthrough requirements I requested a payout. I was told that to authorize my payout I had to make a $25 deposit. I did this. I had a total of $100 in my balance and played $10. I then asked what I was able to withdraw and they said all of my balance with was $90. I requested that on July 26th. I waited 2 days and heard nothing and received nothing. I messaged the casino and was told that I still needed to verify. So I sent in all my documents and proceeded to wait another 7-10 days as they said was needed to be verified. After 7 days I began to inquire again and was told it took 5-7 days to verify. From that point I keep messaging and I am told that I am in the que, that they are having Bitcoin wallet issues, that I'm in the que again, that the wallet issue was fixed and I was in the que, that there again are Bitcoin wallet issues, that I'm in the que, and over and over to be patient. It's now been a month and still no payout as well as they literally are keeping the $25 bucks they had me deposit just to get this payout. Help please.

Still no payout after a month

It has been almost a month now since I made two deposits of $25 dollars into the casino. I played for an hour and got up to $57 and decided to cashout. I used my crypto.com account as my payout wallet. I waited two weeks due to their "5-7" day process times so they claim. It has been 2 days shy of a month and 6 chat requests, even after I proved my identity, and they keep beating around the bush claiming, "you will see it in 5-7 business days". Then close chat. I need to get my $57 back. I shouldn't have played at this casino. First online gambling experience and never again, anywhere. Please what do I do now!
