On Sept.2nd, 2018, I played a free roll game at Crazy Luck Casino for $321. I made it past the first round which was timed, into the second round, which required a $25 deposit, plus a 40X play through for the bonus cash from round 1, plus my $25 deposit, via bitcoin. I beat the second round with all requirements me, eventually reaching the max withdraw amount of $321. On Sept. 11, 2018, I requested payout. A few days later I had completed all required paperwork submissions and awaited my bitcoin withdrawl payment. Day after day, nothing. I was able to initially connect with live agents who have promised payment again and again, (I actually photographed my chats with a few of them!) never actually following through on those promises.. I have sent countless emails which go unanswered and their toll free number for the USA is disconnected, and many of their email contact addresses are defunct, and now, live chat agents refuse to talk to me! With November beginning this week, I feel they are not going to pay up and are ripping me off. What can we do about these frauds?
