Getting the runaround with payment
I've been trying to collect my winnings from Cool Cats Casino since the middle of Nov. 2016. I have been more than patient and don't know what to do next. I deposited $50usd won $1580.00usd made a withdrawal request in the amount of $1550.00usd, faxed, and emailed the requested documents. I Spoke with multiple representatives and managers (I emailed myself copies of several of my conversations with them for records) and I am always getting the same answers. "We apologize for this mam and please bear with us. I've escalated your request. Please check back in 5-7 business days" or "your request has been escalated and will be taken care of in 7-10 business days". Needless to say the problem is still a problem. Everything has been approved according to Cool Cats reps apparently they just can't find their outgoing mailbox to mail me my check. What can I do?
