Cool cat owes me 2300$. I won on July 5 and have still received no payout. They say its approved and my account there shows this, but they just refuse to pay. I call but no one is there. lvg a msg and never get a reply. I am tired of waiting and of getting the runaround.....every time I ask the live chat ppl they say its all set and don't know what the delay is. I submited all the info they asked for but still no reply
