Withdrawals still pending
On December 26th 2021 I made 3 Withdrawals of $2035 each. When I check on my withdrawal status I was told I need refresh my information which I did and was told to check back in 48 hrs which I kept doing. Then I was told not to use my regular account. That I had to make an Inclave account on January 27,2022. Which I did my withdrawals got transferred to that account and I notice it was a check method instead of wire method like I previously stated before the transfer so I change it back to wire method payment on January 27,2022 and is still pending. Each time I contact them they apologize for the delay and promise to escalate numerous of times. But my withdrawals are still pending I do have chat screenshots but don’t know how to send with this complaint.
